Tree stops Scout Park access
April 3oth 2023 after a wild windy night, no-one hears a tree fall.
That bit of twisted metal..........is that the front gate?
and the canopy is lying 30 m3trees up the road
A big thank you to the local lads who made a phone call for assistance
The Team from the Emerald SES arrive with skill and serious chainsaws !
The chainsaw needed some work before the tree would yield. The team worked on..
It is always sad to lose a standing tree at the Park
Next year's firewood for our campers. at Dallas Brooks Scout Park, Upper Beaconsfield
And yes.. the gate still works too.
